Supplementary Documentation Requirements

All the forms you need to send your baggage with World Baggage can be downloaded here.

We require the following additional documentation/items in order to ensure the safe and speedy delivery of your consignment.

Failure to do so may result in delays and additional charges.
Step 1:  Complete Customs forms for country of final destination. (Click to expand)
Step 2:   

PHOTO ID: We need the 'Senders' photo ID for Security check, this can be current drivers license or passport.

For Delivery to door service we need the receivers passport to process through overseas customs.

NOTE: Cargo will not be dispatched with out 'Photo ID'
Step 3:   Spare key - if you wish to lock/secure your consignment (recommended).
Step 4:  Please ensure an address label with the receivers details are attached to each item being sent.
Please either fax or scan and email the required documents to the World Baggage office or simply bring them with you when you drop your consignment off.

Alternatively, customers who have chosen to have their consignment collected may hand the forms to the courier company.
