How does it work?

Simply select the type of service required and any additional service options to get your quote instantly.
Step2. Make a Booking. [more]
Once you have obtained your quote, simply follow and complete the online booking process. A booking confirmation with specific details of your shipment will be emailed. Pick ups scheduled or drop/delivery appointments made.
Note: Sender and Receiver information and shipment details will be required
Step3. Supplementary Documentation Requirements. [more]
Once you have received your Booking reference number, please proceed to our documentation requirements page and follow the step-by-step instructions for completing the relevant export /customs documentation. This will help to ensure the safe and speedy arrival of your excess baggage at the country of final destination.
Step4. Make Payment. [more]
Once we receive your shipment we will confirm measures and weights and issue your invoice (via email). Payment can be made online or by your preferred means.
Step5. Collect/Receive your excess baggage! [more]
Upon confirmation of uplift World Baggage will email a “Pre Alert” notification to all nominated parties, confirming flight/voyage details and contact information.
Use this information to Track and Trace the progress of your shipment
Upon arrival of your Airport to Airport and/or Port to Port service you will need to:
a. Pay any destination terminal fees
b. Process through destination customs
c. Retrieve your shipment
Upon arrival of your Delivery to Door or Inbound service and prior to delivery
a. Pay any duties or taxes if applicable as determined by destination customs
b. Make sure some ones home to receive and sign for delivery!
