At World Baggage we understand the importance of providing a quick, reliable, flexible pick up service to assist you when sending your excess baggage overseas; that's why we offer an affordable courier pickup, straight from your front door, anywhere in Australia. Simply add this service to your excess baggage shipment when you make a booking.





We can provide an on-demand, metropolitan courier service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and all items up to 1000kgs. We have access to over 1000 drivers and vehicles of all sizes to ensure we get a driver to you when and where you need it, whether it's in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Darwin or Hobart!

Simply nominate the date and preferred time for collection when submitting your online booking and a World Baggage courier contractor will come to your home, business or hotel, at the time and date you nominate to collect your excess baggage.



For all collections outside of standard business hours, a premium service fee will apply.



For our customers located outside of a metropolitan area we can still arrange collection of your shipment straight from your front door. Please note that for non-metropolitan pick up services, collection is only available Monday to Friday; weekend or after hours pick up services are not available in these areas.



Alternatively you can deliver your excess baggage shipment to one of our warehouse locations. Note: it is critical to submit an online booking prior to delivering your shipment. Warehouses are open Monday to Friday to receive your shipments.

It is essential that the goods are packaged and addressed at the time of making the booking, so that the courier contractor can make the pick up without delay. Please ensure the following is done prior to the pick up or drop off of your parcel(s):

  1. Please label each and every parcel, with name, address, postcode and phone number of the 'receiver'.

  2. Ensure safe and proper packaging of each parcel.

  3. A driver has the right to refuse collection due to insufficient packaging or insufficient labelling.

  4. Please ensure your shipment is available at the agreed collection time, or a FAILED COLLECTION fee will apply.
